Ld. Counsel Mr. Vishal Tahlani appeared for complainants. Ld. Counsel Mr. Anurag Singh appeared for opposite parties.

Ld. Counsel for complainants submitted that parties have settled dispute with mutual consent and complainants have been provided accommodation in another project of opposite parties namely Shiv Shakti. As such, complainants do not want to press this complaint.

In view of submission made by ld. Counsel for complainants, complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
