                   None for opposite parties.

                   Today the case was fixed for filing of amended complaint. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant for filing amended complaint. Perusal of case file reveals that through order dated 13.04.2023; this Commission has allowed application for seeking amendment in prayer clause of main complaint and case was adjourned for 06.07.2023 for filing of amended complaint. Thereafter, on 06.07.2023, 11.09.2023, 21.12.2023, 21.05.2024 and even on today i.e. 06.09.2024, neither complainant has come present nor amended complaint has been filed. It appears that; complainant is not interested to file amended complaint in order to take it to its logical end. This case cannot be allowed to be adjourned for indefinite period for the purpose of filing amended complaint by complainant. Today, this complaint case has been called several times since morning. Nobody has turned up on behalf of complainant. No further wait is justified. It is already 12.50 P.M. Hence, present complaint is hereby dismissed in default and also for want of prosecution. It is ordered accordingly. File be consigned to records.
