                    Ms. Savita, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP has complied with the order dated 13.10.2015 of the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. On instructions of the complainant, I do not wish to press this execution application. So, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. Warrants / certificate, sent in this case be recalled.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
