ORDER

             Shri Balkar Singh on behalf of complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received the cheque no. 19253 dated 7.3.2018 worth Rs. 4,41,487/- only in favour the complainant-DH and thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

             Heard.

             Statement recorded separately.

             Keeping in view the statement made by Shri Balkar Singh, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

             File be consigned after due compliance.
