Amit Khanna etc. Versus M/s. Ansal Housing & others.

               Ld. Counsel for the complainants made statement to the effect that due to technical defect in the present complaint, he withdraws the same with the liberty to file a fresh complaint before the proper forum/court. 

                  Keeping in view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainants, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainants are at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the competent court/authority.  Exemption of time spent before this Forum is granted in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Luxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute  (1995) 3 SCC page 583”.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
