1. This order shall dispose off an application filed by the Complainant for restoration of the complaint. We have already heard the Counsel for the Applicant/Complainant and have perused the record. The case of the Complainant is that this matter was listed before this Commission on 20.03.2024 and on that date the Counsel for the Complainant could not appear as he was not well. On the next date i.e. on 28.03.2024, the Proxy Counsel appeared late before this Commission and before his appearance the matter had already been adjourned to 04.04.2024 and the Proxy Counsel noted wrongly the next date of hearing as 14.04.2024. It is stated that non-appearance was not intentional. The application is supported by the affidavit of the Counsel. Therefore, the application is allowed in the interest of justice and the complaint is restored to its original no.
2. Put up on 06.08.2024 for arguments on admission.  
3. Order announced on 01.08.2024.

Copy of this order be given to the Complainant free of cost.
