An application moved on behalf of the complainant stating that the present complaint has been filed on behalf of the complainant seeking, inter alia, possession of the Plot bearing No. B-66, Sushant Lok, Phase-III, Gurugram, Haryana, ad-measuring 239.50 sq. yds.

It is further stated that during the pendency of the present matter, the parties have settled all their inter-se disputes and the possession of the above said plot has been handed over to the complainant on 19.12.2020, after clearance of outstanding maintenance dues of the Respondent amounting to Rs. 112883. The copies of the documents with regard to the handing over of the possession of the said Plot to the complainant by the respondent on 19.12.2020 are annexed as Annexure A.

Ld. Counsel for complainant states that as the matter has been amicably settled, complainant may be allowed to withdraw the complaint.

In view of the above submissions the complaint stands disposed as withdrawn being settled.

A copy of order be given to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to record room.
