        The Complainant is absent without taking any step. No show cause is filed by the Complainant as to his non-appearance before this Forum on last 4 consecutive days.

        On perusal the C/R, it appears that the Complainant filed the present case against M/s Annapurna Construction situated at Kasba and Kolkata through Ld. Agent.

       The OPs appeared through Ld. Agent and thereafter remained present on several days but the Complainant remained absent on the dates.  It seems that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

        In this premises, considering the facts and circumstances, we have no impediment but to dismiss the complaint.  The Complainant  be paid Rs.2000/- for wasting the valuable time of this Forum.

Hence, 

           it is ordered

                     that CC 51/16 be and the same is dismissed for default and the Complainant is directed to pay Rs.2000/- as cost to the Consumer Legal Aid Account within 45 days of this order.

          Let a plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
