             The Complainant is absent without taking any step.

             The O.Ps are also absent without taking any step.

             None appears on behalf of the Complainant on repeated calls.

             It appears from the C/R that the Complainant was absent on last two dates also today the Complainant is absent. Thus, the Complainant remains absent on 3 consecutive dates.

             Considering the above facts and circumstances it seems that the Complainant has no interest to proceed with this case and we are in view that there is no impediment to dismiss the present proceedings.

Hence,

           it is ORDERED

                        that the present Case No. CC/57/2016 be and the same is dismissed for default and disposed off accordingly.

             Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
