ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. is directed to refund a sum of Rs.500/- together with interest at 18% p.a. with effect from 20.1.1987 until the date of realisation. It shall pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant and bear its own. This order shall be complied with by the o.p. within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover the entire amount in a lumpsum.
