 “It is to inform you that on 11.6.2007 your client approached my client’s bank, presented a withdrawal form bearing NO. 123114, token No.   excess to the withdrawer presented     Gopalpur Road, Hanamkonda and asked about the excess payment.          

If really all these facts are true there is no reason why the bank did not file      Except the self serving statement no other evidence whatsoever was filed in order to substantiate the said contention.
