ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.2,500/- on each of the two tounts for mental agony and the loss of reputation respectively together with Rs.1,000/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.2,500/- on each of the two counts for the mental agony and loss of reputation that the complainant has suffered together with Rs.1,000/- towards the costs of this porceedings to the complainant within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgement and order jointly and severally, apart from bearing their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
