Sh. Tirlochan Singh Anand, MD of Ops-company has tendered a statement that they are ready to return Rs.16,500/- i.e. price of hearing device to the complainant subject to deposition of old hearing device.

                        On the other hand,  the complainant has tendered a statement that he has heard the statement of Ops which is correct and being satisfied with it, I have received an amount of Rs.16,500/-  and have returned the old hearing device to the Ops and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        In view of the statement tendered by the parties,  the present complaint is disposed of being fully satisfied.  Copies of this order be sent to concerned parties free of costs as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
