ORDER

1.   File taken up today on the miscellaneous applications No.33 of 2024 & 34 of 2024 filed by complainant No.1 & Complainant No.2 respectively for withdrawal of the complaint.
2.   Vide his separate statement, Sh.Vinod Kumar Thakur, SPA of Complainant No.1 Sh.Arjun Thakur and on behalf of Complainant No.2 Florence Park Residents Association being President, has stated that at this stage, he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint before the competent fora with better particulars.

3.   In view of the aforesaid statement and request made by the complainants in their miscellaneous applications, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint before the competent fora with better particulars, subject to law of limitation. The miscellaneous applications No.33 of 2024 & 34 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly.

4.   Since this main file has been requisitioned, the same is allowed to be sent to the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

5.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
