                       None for Op no.1.

                       Op no.2 is already ex-parte.

                         Ms. Jaimini Tiwari, Advocate for Op no.3.

           

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise. Counsel for Op no. 3 has made a separate statement in which she states that  she has tendered a cheque of Rs. 12000/-  vide bearing no. 013105 dt. 14.10.2015  drawn on IDBI Bank  in compromise  in full and final settlement.

                        Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs. 12,000/- vide bearing no. 013105 dt. 14.10.2015 drawn on IDBI Bank  in compromise and in full and final settlement. Now nothing remain towards that ops. So he wants to withdraw his present complaint

                        Heard.  In view of the statements, It is made clear that matter has been compromised between the parties. Hence the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
