ORDER

                   The matter has been settled.  The ld.Counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint itself to the effect that “I have received Rs.3000/- as full & final settlement from OP NO.1.  I want to withdraw the present complaint.”

                   In this view of the matter, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
