The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from her side. We have also noticed that after filing the case, the complainant has never appeared before the Commission, and no evidence adduced by the complainant so far. The case is posted for the evidence of the complainant. The Commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and adduce evidence if any. The Notice was sent to the complainant on                     13-02-2023 and is seen returned with an endorsement as “unclaimed” as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department.  So many chances were given to the complainant to adduce evidence. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.

Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
