                        Today the execution application is fixed for filing objections. At this stage, counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that the complainant has received the balance amount of Rs.14,400/- in compliance of order under execution and order under execution has been fully complied with; so, he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and execution application be attached with the main complaint after due compliance.
