Learned counsel for the complainant recorded the statement separately to the effect that she has received cheque No.004717 dated 15.05.2019 of Rs.25,000/- from the OPs as full and final settlement in view of order dated 02.05.2019 and withdraws the present complaint, subject to realization of cheque and liberty may be granted to get it revived if the cheque is dishonoured.
In view of the above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the complainant to get it revived on account of non-realization of the cheque.
