                        The applicant/complainant has made statement that he withdraws his execution application with liberty to file before the official liquidator of Bombay High Court. Such statement has been recorded on the application itself. In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the competent authority having the jurisdiction in the matter, as per law.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
