Present: None for complainant. Sh. Vijay Sharma, AR for op no.2.  

Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The complainant has failed to provide complete address, RC etc. for summoning of op no.1 despite availing various opportunities and today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
