Services, Cabin No. 2, Ist Floor, SCO No. 1034-1035, Sector 22,Chandigarh. 2. M/s Samsung Electronics India Limited, SCO 4-5, Sector 8-C, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh – 160018. - Opposite Parties Present: Sh.Shrawan Jha, complainant in person. Mr.Anil Saini, Authorized Representative of the OPs. Dated, the 3rd day of December, 2010. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Mr.Anil Saini, Authorized Representative of the OPs. The matter has been settled between the parties. In lieu of the settlement, we hereby declare that we will repair the handset of the complainant in question i.e. SGH-E250D, free of cost upto the satisfaction of the complainant. It is therefore requested that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawan. Statement of Sh.Shrawan Jha, complainant in person. The matter has been settled between the parties. I accept the statement of Mr.Anil Saini, Authorized Representative of the OPs. I withdraw the present complaint, subject to repair of the said handset as per their statement. It is therefore requested that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawan”. 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
