          Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement, recorded separately, to the effect that due to some technical defects, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh consumer complaint on the same cause of action, as in the present complaint, necessary party i.e. J.P. Singh has not been impleaded inadvertently. 

2.      In view of above, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
