ORDER

     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, counsel for complainant withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh. She put an endorsement to this effect on the first page of the consumer complaint itself. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, as permissible under the law. As prayed for, additional sets of complaint has been returned to the counsel for complainant after retaining first set.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
