            None appears for the appellants despite the fact that the matter is posted under the caption of dismissal.   

We have perused the order of the District Forum.  It could be seen from the orders that an Official Liquidator was appointed by the Mumbai High Court and the complainants were directed to approach the Official Liquidator for the amounts due to them.  We do not se any irregularity in the order passed by the District Forum.

The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
