  2. Avi Rana, project head, M/s Alpha G.Grop Development Pvt., Ltd., SCO no.236, ground floor, Sector-12, Part-1, UE Karnal also available at office of M/s Alpha G.Grop Development Pvt., Ltd., Alpha Internatinal City Karnal, Sector-28-29.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Baljeet Chawla, counsel for the complainant.

             

                File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to pursue alternatives legal remedies on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.       

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to pursue alternatives legal remedies before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
