                         ORDER

1.                     The complainant has received cheque of Rs.31,941/- dated 9.7.2010 in his favour from Sh.Anil Aggarwal, Proprietor of OP. The computer set in question has been handed over to OP today in the Court by the complainant. Sh.Anil Aggarwal, Proprietor of OP has stated that an amount of Rs.3050/- was deposited by OP with the Hon’ble State Commission at the time of filing the appeal No.657 of 2009 and since the appeal has been dismissed, therefore, he has no objection if the amount of Rs.3050/- is released to the complainant. The complainant has agreed to the submissions of Proprietor of OP. Statement of both the parties has been recorded separately.

2.                     Let a request be sent to the Secretary, State Commission, U.T., Chandigarh, to release the amount of Rs.3050/- in favour of complainant – Kultar Singh Saini and deposit the cheque in this Forum for payment to the complainant.  The execution application stands disposed of accordingly.  However, on receiving the cheque from the Hon’ble State Commission, the complainant be intimated to collect the cheque. 

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
