          This is an execution application filed by the Petitioners/Complainants herein under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act seeking to punish the Respondents/ Opposite parties for disobeying the orders of this Commission dated 08.06.2012 passed in C.C.No.109/2010 and pass such other order or orders as this Commission deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2.       Petitioners filed full satisfaction memo on 22.01.2015 stating that the Respondents/Opposite parties herein have complied the orders of this Commission and have paid the amount as ordered, on different dates as shown in the table furnished therein, hence prayed to close the above execution application.  No representation on behalf of the Petitioners. 

3.       Perused the memo filed by the Petitioners/Complainants. 

4.       In view of the memo and the contents thereof, this execution application is closed as settled out of court.  Non-Bailable Warrants pending if any, are hereby recalled.  Office to address letter accordingly.
