ORDER

     Accused has handed over to the counsel for complainant two drafts, i.e. one draft of an amount of Rs.1,11,790/- and another draft of an amount of Rs.2430/-, totaling Rs.1,14,220/-, which the counsel for complainant has received as per order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Forum in consumer complaint No.13 of 2019 and withdraws the present criminal complaint. Photocopy of drafts retained. Statement of counsel for complainant in the shape of endorsement recorded on the first page of the criminal complaint. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, the present criminal complaint for commission of offence under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is dismissed as withdrawn and in result thereof, accused is acquitted of the offence under Section 27 ibid.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
