Naresh Kumar   Versus  M/s Alina Sports

 Present:  Sh Vikram Singh Panjeta Advocate for the complainant

 

ORDER:                     

              The complaint presented. It be checked and registered.

2.            The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to some technical reasons and premission be given to file a afresh in  the proper court and withdraws the same. He has further stated that Original documents be returned to him. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

3.         In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisction. Orginal documents be returned to the complainant against receipt. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
