CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 27  OF  2023

ORDER

1.   Vide his separate statement recorded on 05.10.2023, Sh.Chetan Gupta, Counsel for OP has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.82,000/- to the complainant within a period of 20 days from today(05.10.2023) in full and final settlement of the present matter, failing which the OP shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint.. Vide their separate statement recorded on 05.10.2023, Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainant alongwith Complainant in person have admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Chetan Gupta, Counsel for OP and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in Upbhokta Lok Adalat.

2.   E-mail has been received from the complainant regarding closure of the case as final settlement has been done and amount has been paid to her by the OP. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

3.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
