Present: Shri Aman Singh, Advocate for DH.

He has stated that an application under Sec.46 of the code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in Patiala House Court on behalf of DH against JD.  Copy of Order of Ld.Civil Judge-1, Patiala House Court, New Delhi is on record indicating that the amount lying with this Distt. Forum which can be attached for payment of DH. The office records shows that no amount of the JD is lying with this Distt. Forum.

DH may approach Ld. Civil Judge-I, Patiala House Court for execution of decree.

The Ex. Petition is not maintainable and disposed of in terms of above observations.

Copy of the order may be given to Ld. Counsel for applicant/DH DASTI.

File be consigned to record room.
