ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Request by way of application for withdrawal of the present complaint received through e-mail from the complainant stating that he does not want to pursue the present complaint in view of the compromise having been reached between the parties. Application for disposing of the complaint as fully settled also received through petition box as well as e-mail from counsel for OPs stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant has already received Rs.8500/- in cash as full and final settlement of his claim. Contents of the e-mail & application confirmed from the complainant as well as counsel for OPs through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
