COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Quorum:     Mr. Dharam Pal, President.

     Mrs.Anita Kapoor, Member.

Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Mr.Sanjeev Pabbi, Adv., for the Ops.

 

                  

On 30.04.2015, counsel for the Ops had made a separate statement and stated that the Ops are ready to adjust the amount of Rs.590/- and a sum of Rs.2500/- should be paid in full and final settlement. Today complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he accepts the statement made by the counsel for the Ops on 30.04.2015. He is satisfied with the proposal by the counsel for the Ops. Now, he has no grievance against the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
