This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund the amount of GBP 102.32 in full together with interest at 24% p.a. compounded on the amount and to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with cost of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant filed a Memo.  In view of the Memo, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.    No costs.
