ORDER

     In this case, refund has already been made to the complainant and now there is only issue of compensation/litigation costs. Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. On attempt, the matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, OP is ready to pay Rs.2,000/- to the complainant as compensation towards full & final settlement and complainant has agreed to the same. The OP is directed to pay Rs.2,000/- as compensation to the complainant within thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which OP shall pay Rs.2,000/- extra to the complainant, in addition to the aforesaid amount and the complainant shall also be at liberty to file an execution. This complaint is disposed of accordingly.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
