                    The OP no. 3 is directed to pay Rs. 7500/- to the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order, otherwise the Ops shall be liable to pay the interest 8 per cent per annum on the awarded amount from the date of order till the date of payment. The complaint disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
