                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                                      

                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 28.06.2021 and since then notice to ops could not be issued as complainant has failed to provide copies of complaint and RC etc. despite availing several opportunities including last opportunity. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
