     Case taken up today as 22.04.2023 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration and notice was placed on the official website & notice board of this Commission that case shall be taken up on 29.04.2023. Copy of the notice placed on the file.

     As per the statement made by Ms.Neeru Bansal, Counsel for Complainant on 06.04.2023, the matter has been settled and in compliance with the undertaking made by counsel for OP on 13.01.2023, the complainant the received the amount to his satisfaction. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The award is accordingly passed.
