ORDER:
Today the case was fixed for arguments.
Instead of arguing the case, Shri Mahender Singh, counsel for opposite party has made a statement that “we are ready for compromise and opposite party ready to pay to the complainant lump-sum amount of Rs.12,000/- as full and final settlement.
On the other hand, Shri Rishabh Sharma, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that “I have heard the statement of counsel for opposite party and ready to settle the matter for Rs.12,000/- on behalf of complainant, as full and final settlement. Order may be passed accordingly.
On the basis of the statement of the counsel for the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.12,000/- as full and final settlement.There are no order as to costs. Compliance of this order be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
