ORDER

This complaint was filed under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as amended upto date by Sodhi Milk Products through its Proprietor Navdeep Kaur complainant against the opposite parties Aggarwal Dairy Equipment Co. through its authorised signatory Krishan Gopal and others seeking direction against them to replace the unbranded local made defective milk product machine or in the alternative price of the machine with interest thereon and for damages on account of mental agony and physical harassment and loss in business. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the parties, the Forum do not find any merit in the complaint and the same is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
