                        Notice to OP No.1 could not be issued as correct address and RC etc. not filed.  Record reveals that the case has been adjourned for this purpose since 12.05.2023. Further, this case was filed on 03.05.2019 and since then the case is at the stage of notice to OP(s) and complainant has failed to get served notice upon the OP. As such, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
