             C/R is put up on prayer of the Jdrs. A petition is filed on behalf of the Jdrs praying for recalling the W.A. On the ground that the instant case has been settled between the parties by way of making payment of the decretal amount of Rs. 1,95,150/-. A receipt of payment to that effect is submitted. Let it be kept with the record.

           Two D.Ds being Nos. 501660 dated 02.07.2020 amount of Rs. 57,150/- and D.D. being No. 501666 dated 06.07.2020 amount of Rs. 8,000/- issued from the ICICI Bank in the name of the President, DCDRF, North 24 Pgs at Barasat are submitted together with cash amount of Rs. 1,050/- is deposited in the office of the undersigned as punitive damage. No objection has been given on part of the Dhr on the petition for recalling the W.A. Heard both sides. The entire decretal amount has been paid.

          Hence the instant E.A. No. 21/2017 is disposed of with full satisfaction.

The W.A issued against the Jdr(s) is hereby recalled. Inform the concerned P.S.

Let the plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
