Today also the complainant absent and no representation from his side. The case was posted on 27.02.2021 for the evidence of the complainant in list. The complainant was absent on that date. Later, the Commission issued notice to the complainant on 03.03.2021 for the appearance of the complainant to adduce the evidence from his side. The notice issued to the complainant was served as revealed by proof of delivery of the Postal Department. We have also noticed that after filing the case, the complainant has never appeared before the Forum/Commission and no evidence adduced by the complainant till date. Hence the case is dismissed as ‘default’ of the complainant.
