                   This case file is taken up today before National Lok Adalat. Sh. Akhil authorized representative of ops is present and has suffered a statement that today he is ready to settle the matter for an amount of Rs.4000/- through National Lok Adalat and as per compromise this complaint may be decided. Complainant is also present and he has suffered a statement that he has compromised the matter with the ops and as per compromise he has received Rs.4000/- from ops today in the Commission through National Lok Adalat and he has been satisfied and withdraws the present complaint. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
