  2. M/s JD Universal Infra Limited, Sector-35, basement community centre, Vasant Vihar, Delhi-110057 through its authorized signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Sh. Sandeep Sharm, Authorized Representative alongwith Hitesh Sahni, counsel for the OPs.

                                     

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, complainant and representative of the OPs suffered their separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise complainant is ready to pay Rs.12,38,489.40/- i.e. (balance basic plus GST) and Rs.93,768/- (security, labour cess meter charges etc) as full and final settlement and complainant will make the above said payment within 30 days. The Company has applied for occupation certificate to the concerned department and on receipt of the occupation certificate, the company will hand over physical possession of the flat no.A5/702, on receipt of remaining charges as per the flat buyer agreement from the complainant. The occupation certificate will be obtained approximately within six months from today.

                    In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
