From the record, it appears that directions dated 09.07.2010 to issue notice to Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 steps are not taken by the Complainant till today in spite of the intervening date of 28th August, 2010.  Record also shows that Opposite Party No.1 is not served.  Hence, complaint stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
