                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to misunderstanding, it was not in the knowledge of complainant’s counsel that the case related to the present case has already been filed in the Hon’ble PLA Court, Bhiwani. Present complaint has been filed inadvertently. So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint.

                        In view of statement made above, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.
