Today is fixed for S.R. and appearance of the Opposite Party Nos. 1, 2,3 & 4.
Today complainant files an application through the ld. Advocate on his behalf stating that the case has amicably settled between the parties and at present there is no grievance left against the Opposite Parties. The complainant prayed to stop the proceeding and close the case and pass an order accordingly.
As the complainant himself by filing an application stating that the dispute between the parties have amicably been settled and he is not willing to proceed with the complaint further, the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 49/2019 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.
