               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in selling expiry date tablets along with direction to direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony caused to the complainant due to the negligent and deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards cost of this proceedings to the complainant. 

The present case was adjourned on several dates on 29.03.2022, 13.04.2022, 12.05.200, 30.05.2022, 13.06.2022, 27.06.2022 and 11.07.2022 for appearance of the parties and arguments under the caption for oral arguments and for appearance of parties or for dismissal and also under the caption for orders, still both the parties did not choose to appear this before Commission and in the present case information was also given for complainant but of vain.  Hence we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for default as no purpose will be achieved by keeping the complaint on file. It is proved that the parties are no more interested in prosecuting the case.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No order as to cost.
